Can I place my order by phone?
Sure, we would love to hear from you. Just call us toll-free at 800-338-7809 and we’ll be happy to assist. Please refer to our Contact Us page for customer service hours.

Will there be sales taxes on my order?
That’s a tricky one. If you live anywhere outside of New York State, no, your order is gloriously tax-free. However, if you live in New York, we must abide by your county’s tax code, and give unto Caesar. Any taxes applied will be clearly displayed on your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. If we can put a man on the moon, surely we can manage to deliver a few baubles overseas. To order products for international shipment, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to take care of everything for you.

How do I know if my order is being processed?
Soon after your order, we’ll zap you a confirmation email including a link to your order status. We’ll also send a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has been sent.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?
Simply click the link provided in the emails you received after placing your order. (If clicking does not bring you to the order status page, try cutting and pasting the link into a web browser.) When you reach the order status page, you will see all the details of your most recent purchase including each item’s shipment status.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We do not have a print catalog at this time.

Must I prepare for an avalanche of junk mail and spam?
Goodness, no! We never sell information about our customers. (We want to keep you all to ourselves.)
