Shop with confidence at Gracious Home! If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we’re happy to make a return or exchange. Simply bring your receipt and the item, in its original packaging, back to one of our store locations or for online purchases, mail it back to us with the receipt using the convenient return label we provide.
- Items returned within 60 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund back to your original tender.
- Items returned 60 days or more after the purchase date are eligible for store credit.
- If you provided your name and phone number at the time of purchase we are able to look up your sales receipt, otherwise, if you are unable to present a sales receipt your return will be eligible for a store credit at the lowest offered selling price in the past 6 months.
- Items must be in their original packaging in order to qualify for return.
- Due to hygienic reasons, certain items such as bedding, bath linens/accessories and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged if used or opened.
- Special Order (SO) and all Personalized items are non-refundable.
- Clearance items and those marked As-Is or Final Sale are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery or an incorrect item was delivered.
Upon delivery, please carefully examine each piece in your order. If you wish to return any item for preference reasons, you must contact Gracious Home’s customer service (800-338-7809) within 3 days of your delivery. The delivery fee will not be refunded and a pick-up fee equal to the delivery fee will be assessed.

If you notice any damage or imperfections within 7 days of your delivery, please notify Gracious Home’s customer service. At that time you may choose to receive an exchange and you will not be charged a pick-up/re-delivery fee.
