Returns & Exchanges

Shop with confidence, return shipping is on us. If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase when it arrives, we’re happy to make a return or exchange. Simply use the convenient return label included in your package. If your order arrived via our Gracious Home delivery service, simply call us at 800.338.7809 and we’ll schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Please note:

  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Due to state law, certain items such as bedding and personal care products, cannot be returned or exchanged if used or opened.
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • All clearance items are marked as final sale only.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as final sale, unless your items arrive damaged or are incorrect.
