Domestic shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed as you complete an order online. Please allow 24 hours for all orders to be processed plus transit time to your shipping location:
- Manhattan customers can choose Gracious Home Delivery during check out for a flat fee of $15.00 per delivery.
- UPS Ground service is used for most other domestic shipments (charges listed below) and products usually arrive within 1-7 business days.
- To receive your order more quickly, you may choose UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® for an additional charge. NOTE: Once your order is processed, please allow one business day with UPS Next Day Air® and two business days with UPS 2nd Day Air® for your products to arrive. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for either of these shipping methods and because every item on our site is not always immediately available, all or part of your order may take additional time to ship.
- In some instances we may not be able to ship your item via Next Day or 2nd Day Air. We will contact you for approval to change your shipping method to UPS Ground and to adjust your shipping charge to the lower ground shipping rate.
- A shipping surcharge for heavy, bulky or fragile items may apply. We will tell you about that on the individual product pages. Shipping surcharges, where applicable, will apply regardless of any promotions or discounts.
